【Job Summary】1. Advancing AI Implementation for DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode)- Building AI models (ML/NLP) using historical defect data, design change points, CAE results, etc.- Developing automated DRBFM sheet generation and risk extraction functions- Automatically predicting potential failure modes from design changes2. Collaboration with Product Design Departments- Supporting discussions with designers to extract change points and concerns- Presenting risks detected by AI during DR meetings3. Process and Quality Data Analysis- Integration of sensor data, MES, SCADA, test data, etc.- AI implementation for anomaly detection, failure precursor analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA)4. AI System Development and Operation- AI/ML algorithm development using Python- Implementation and operation using AWS (SageMaker, etc.)- Improvement of in-house AI tools5. Technical Documentation Creation and Presentations (English/Thai)6. Collaboration with Japanese Engineers and External Vendors*We aim to pursue joint research with Chulalongkorn University in the future and would like you to lead this effort.
