รับผิดชอบบริหารจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์/แบรนด์ตลอดวงจรชีวิตสินค้า ตั้งแต่การวางกลยุทธ์ การวางแผน การเปิดตัวสินค้า ไปจนถึงการติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน เพื่อผลักดันการเติบโตของสินค้าในตลาดความงาม (Aesthetics) ของประเทศไทย โดยทำงานร่วมกับทีม Sales, Marketing และ Training อย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีความสามารถในการแข่งขันและเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน1. วางกลยุทธ์และแผนงานผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Strategy & Planning)- จัดทำและดำเนินกลยุทธ์ รวมถึงแผนธุรกิจของผลิตภัณฑ์ในความรับผิดชอบ- กำหนดตำแหน่งทางการตลาด (Positioning), ราคา และสารการสื่อสารของสินค้า- วิเคราะห์ตลาดและความต้องการของผู้บริโภค เพื่อค้นหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจ2. บริหารวงจรชีวิตผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Lifecycle Management)- ดูแลตั้งแต่การเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่จนถึงช่วงยุติการจำหน่าย- ติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน เช่น ยอดขาย ส่วนแบ่งตลาด และกำไร พร้อมรายงานผู้บริหาร- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายในการวางแผนคาดการณ์ยอดขายและบริหารสต็อกสินค้า3. การวางแผนเปิดตัวสินค้าและขยายตลาด (Go-to-Market Execution)- วางแผนและดำเนินการเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายการตลาดในการจัดทำแคมเปญสื่อสารแบบบูรณาการ- ดูแลให้สื่อและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์แบรนด์4. วิเคราะห์ตลาดและคู่แข่ง (Market & Competitor Intelligence)- ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคู่แข่ง สินค้า และกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด- ติดตามเทรนด์อุตสาหกรรม ความก้าวหน้าทางคลินิก และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค- ถ่ายทอดข้อมูลเชิงลึกให้ทีม Sales และ Marketing เพื่อปรับกลยุทธ์5. สนับสนุนทีมขายและการฝึกอบรม (Sales Enablement & Training)- จัดทำสื่อการฝึกอบรมและอบรมความรู้สินค้าให้ทีมขายและพาร์ทเนอร์คลินิก- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ให้คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคและคลินิก- จัดทำสื่อสนับสนุนการขาย เช่น Presentation และ Sales Tools

In matters such as the salesperson (BA) of the brand, brand entry and all other supplier-related issues.- Follow up on the products and planning from the supplier to achieve the planned- Conduct promotional activities in cooperation with the person in charge of the mall where the store is located‐ Marketing activities while utilizing youtubers and ticktockers.- In charge all shop activity plan and follow every activity to have a good sell-out and push PC and salesman.‐ Design using Photoshop or Illustrator‐ Other duties as assigned
