・Sales & Business Development- Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for GIS, MV/LV Switchgear, Transformers, and Substation projects.- Identify New Opportunities: Prospect and approach target customer segments, including EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and project owners.- Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat orders and maximize customer lifetime value.・Technical Support & Specification- Execute Spec-In Strategy: Meet with consulting engineers and project owners to present solutions andsecure our brand on approved Vendor Lists or project specs.- Analyze Technical Needs: Provide expert technical consultation, interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and review project specifications to deliver optimal engineering solutions.・Bidding & Commercial Management- Develop Proposals: Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams and global/local manufacturing plants to prepare comprehensive Tender Documents, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Technical/Commercial Proposals.- Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead commercial negotiations, manage contract terms, handle risk assessments, and close sales effectively to ensure high win rates and profitable margins.

[Job Summary]- Prepare and lead electrical system design for HV/MV/LV substations, switchgear, transformers, solar systems, MCC, and factory electrical systems- Prepare and review SLD calculations, specifications, layouts, drawings, and engineering documents- Independently lead technical discussions and coordinate engineering activities with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and factories throughout the project life cycle- Evaluate technical requirements and develop engineering solutions in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards- Prepare technical proposals, perform project cost estimation, and identify technical risks- Perform FAT, site surveys, troubleshooting, and provide technical support during project execution and commissioning- Provide technical leadership and support to the engineering team and contribute to project planning and engineering schedule control- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
