【Responsibilities】●New Business Development- Generate and approach leads targeting Japanese and local companies.- Conduct client needs analysis and propose appropriate solutions.- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, and lead negotiations through to closing.- Manage the entire sales process, including appointments, meetings, follow-ups, and deal closing.●Existing Client Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.- Propose upselling and cross-selling opportunities.- Participate in regular project meetings and monitor project progress.- Provide improvement proposals to enhance customer satisfaction.●Internal Coordination- Collaborate closely with internal operations and service teams.- Prepare proposals and manage profitability and cost structures.- Coordinate internal stakeholders during project kick-off and implementation phases.Business Development- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.- Plan and propose new services and business initiatives.
