Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across the CLMV markets.- Manage distributor performance, including sales targets, forecasts, inventory, distribution coverage, and payment collections.- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, and business partners.- Lead, coach, and support distributor sales teams to improve sales performance and market execution.- Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, territories, and customers to expand market coverage.- Conduct regular market visits and joint sales calls with distributor teams in both major cities and provincial areas.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotions, and customer feedback.- Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and distributor development strategies.- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and other internal teams to support product launches and business growth.- Review sales performance, identify business risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve commercial objectives.
