  Job Purpose:
  > Responsible for the strategic management of the factory in alignment with company policies. This includes driving continuous improvement, overseeing routine operations, and ensuring high-quality production. The goal is to maintain competitive costs and delivery schedules while strictly adhering to safety and environmental standards.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy & Strategic Administration: Participate in policy development with the executive team and plan management strategies.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, control, and monitor daily and monthly performance across various departments.
  • Investment Planning: Strategize and oversee various investments and modernize management processes.
  • Departmental Management: Supervise diverse units including Frit/Glaze Production, Maintenance, QA/QC, R&D, Warehouse, EHS, and Supply Chain.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service regarding client needs, coordinate with HR for personnel management, and manage contractors for project-based work.
  • Financial Authorization: Propose budgets, purchase orders, and payments for approval by the Manager.
