  Responsibilities:
  
  1) Advance Supplier Quality Development
  
  - Manage and maintain team to follow the supplier quality manual and budget controllable through APQP and PPAP process requirement.
  - Control to ensure the supplier quality performance result meeting to advance supplier quality development KPI as well as report to management team on a monthly and annually basis.
  - Control, review and approve of new part development as well as ECN and supplier change request related to the supplier quality manual throughout FAI, Process Audit, PPAP approval till SOP.
  - Plan and manage team to conduct supplier visit/audit according to new part development / ECN within the budget.
  - 1st line coordinate with Project Coordinator to define the supplier quality specific requirement, organize the team and execute the quality activities within the project milestone.
  
  2) Current Supplier Quality Management
  
  - Manage and maintain team to follow the supplier quality manual and budget controllable through Supplier Material Rejection Report (SMRR), Supplier Charge Back Recovery (SCB) and related procedures.
  - Control and report supplier quality performance result according to current supplier quality performance KPI as well as report to management team on a monthly and annually basis.
  - Organize team to deliver SMRR/8D problem solving report and organize the meeting with internal customers upon the time frame.
  - Plan and manage team to conduct supplier visit/audit according to SMRR and any critical issues related to plant and customers.
  
  3) Plant Engagement Activity ;
  - Be a project leader representative of Quality Department to engage with the company management projects.
  - Attend with our company activities / projects upon available and assignment by Quality Manager.
  
  4) Others ;
  - Assist Quality Manager according to specific assignment/project.
