  - Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching.
  - Coordinate and manage transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
  - Monitor logistics performance and KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  - Manage third-party logistics providers , transportation vendors, and warehouse contractors.
  - Draft, review, and manage contracts related to warehouse, logistics services, and transportation agreements.
  - Ensure contract compliance, track contract terms, and coordinate renewals or amendments.
  - Communicate and coordinate with Korean stakeholders, including HQ, suppliers, or clients as needed.
  - Ensure all operations are in compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
  - Assist in implementing and maintaining warehouse and transport management .
  - Support budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting related to warehouse and transportation functions.
