  ・To plan and execute overall marketing & EC activity as Marketing communication mgr with minimal supervision.
  ・Having strong communication skill and able to complete difficult PJ with small team maintaining high motivation
  
  [Responsibility]
  <Store promotion Digital marketing>
  ・Develop and implement digital marketing promotion such as Web/SNS advertisement and SNS operation including planning, analysis,reporting and improvement.
  ・To manage overall marketing & communication in all channel[Social media/Online&Offline media] with objective to build brand awareness
  ・To manage 3rd party digital marketing vendor [Plan/Order/Check/Improvement]
  ・To plan store promotion, data analysis and reporting
  ・Create POP and other necessary material for promotion
  ・Enhance customer experience through effective CRM strategies（Both store and EC）
  <EC operation>
  ・EC site operation and improve front UIUX
  ・Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online sales department,including inventory management,product display, order processing[incl pick&pack], and reporting
  ・HP banner and landing page management
  ・Develop brand CRM application brand,improve UIUX, manage PUSH notification & Coupon
  ・Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by managers
