Job Purpose:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships. This role also involves handling administrative tasks related to the sales process and managing logistics for imports and exports to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
1.Sales Support:
‐ Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including order processing, preparing sales documents, and handling customer inquiries.
- Coordinate between sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient communication.
- Prepare and update sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Support in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
2.Order Management:
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Follow up with clients regarding order status, payments, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth coordination of shipments and deliveries in collaboration with logistics teams.
- Manage Sales Forecast and balance stock
3.Import/Export Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end process of international shipments, including import and export procedures.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and handle documentation related to shipping, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and letters of credit.
- Monitor shipments, clearances, and logistics to avoid delays.
4.Client Relationship Management:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries related to orders, shipping, and product availability.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.
5.Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized records of sales documents, contracts, and customer interactions.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of sales reports for management review.
- Support in organizing sales events, meetings, and conferences.

【Must】
- Bachalor’s Degree in any field
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably with exposure to import/export procedures.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures, documentation, and logistics
- Good command of English
【Advantage】
‐ Understanding of customs clearance processes and international trade regulations.
- BOI knowledge and processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Vlookup) and CRM software
