  - Manage overall purchasing activities for Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, and Facility/MRO.
  - Manage sourcing and purchasing of steel coils and other materials to support business and production requirements.
  - Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
  - Develop and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and source new suppliers.
  - Monitor cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance to ensure purchasing targets are achieved.
  - Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and other related departments to ensure timely material supply.
  - Manage import/export purchasing activities and coordinate with overseas suppliers and logistics teams.
  - Lead and manage a team of 6 purchasing staff, including work allocation, performance monitoring, and team development.
  - Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement in purchasing activities.
