  Responsible for planning, managing, and driving sales performance through the company’s offline sales channels, such as distributors, retail stores, and business partners, in order to achieve the assigned sales targets. This role also involves managing the sales team, analyzing market trends and competitors, and preparing performance reports to support management decision-making.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Performance Management
  - Plan and drive offline sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  - Develop sales strategies and action plans to increase sales revenue and market share.
  - Monitor, analyze, and continuously evaluate the performance of the sales team.
  2. Sales Team Management
  - Manage and develop the sales team to ensure effective performance.
  - Set sales targets and KPIs for the team.
  - Coach and enhance the capabilities of the sales team to improve business results.
  3. Market & Competitor Analysis
  - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors within the industry.
  - Propose sales approaches and strategies to increase sales and create competitive advantages.
  - Collaborate with the Marketing team and related departments to develop business strategies.
  4. Sales Planning & Reporting
  - Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and business data presentations for management.
  - Analyze insights such as sales trends, product performance, and territory performance.
  - Prepare sales forecasts and recommend improvement plans to enhance business performance.
