  - Create, update, and maintain schedules for new parts, model changes, and localized parts to achieve the master plan.
  - Manage tooling development and modification schedules to support new parts and new models through trial samples.
  - Prepare initial sample inspection requisitions; conduct assembly tests, evaluate parts, and perform trial production tests of sample parts.
  - Lead meetings with vendors and follow up on tooling, sample schedules, trial parts, and sample parts for testing.
  - Conduct supplier development and problem-solving for parts improvements until approval.
  - Possess specialized knowledge of plastic injection molding, aluminum die casting, and purchasing systems.
  - Experienced with SPC, MSA, Cp & Cpk, and engineering statistics.
  - Proficient with spreadsheet and presentation software, spreadsheet macros and scripting, and CAD software.
  - Perform other assignments as directed by superiors.
