Creating a Sales Strategy and Strong Sales Team Management
-Set growth-focused goals for each member and create a " Standardized sales system" to ensure consistent team success.
-Delegate tasks and customer cases to team members.
-Manage and optimize team performance (e.g., sales meetings, reviewing cases, etc.).
-Evaluate the performance of all sales personnel and report directly to management.
-Troubleshoot, make decisions, and provide support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
-Adhere to company policies and effectively communicate them to subordinates.
-Analyze customer behavior and needs, as well as competitors, to advise the marketing team.

<Must>
-Bachelor's degree.
-Minimum of 8 years experiences in Real estate sales particularly with 3 years experiences of Sales Management.
-Sales Experiences in House and Condo with Developer company will be advantage
-Able to understand and coordinate with other departments e.g. Business management, Finance, Marketing, Project development, and other related fields.
-Good in English communication skills (TOEIC ≥ 600)英語
