  Job Summary:
  We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  
  
  Key Responsibilities:
   Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
   Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
   Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
   Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
   Maintain customer records by updating account information.
   Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
   Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
   Assist in training new customer service staff and sharing best practices.
   Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
   Receiving orders from customer and distribute to factories.
