- Lead and coordinate customer projects from Sales handover through production and final shipment.- Monitor overall project timelines and daily operational progress to ensure on-time delivery.- Coordinate production readiness, material availability, sample schedules, packaging, and shipment planning.- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Purchasing, Production Planning, Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, and Logistics.- Track project milestones, including formula development, sample approval, packaging, raw materials, production status, QA release, and shipment schedules.- Identify potential risks such as project delays, material shortages, production capacity constraints, packaging issues, and urgent customer requests, and coordinate corrective actions.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, providing project updates, risk analysis, and recommended action plans.- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project execution.
