【Responsibilities】- Support the growth of Key Accounts (KA) and Target Accounts (TA) through a solution-based business development approach.- Identify, develop, and expand new Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) business opportunities.- Promote integrated supply chain solutions across the region and build a strong sales pipeline.- Develop customer-focused logistics solutions, including contract logistics, Operating Model (OM), and 4PL/LLP services.- Lead and coordinate solution design activities with internal stakeholders to ensure commercially viable and operationally feasible proposals.- Manage and improve the SCS tender management process to increase proposal quality and overall win ratio.- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and customer presentations.- Support strategic customer engagements throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract award.- Monitor customer P&L performance and business profitability to support effective business management.- Analyze business performance and recommend initiatives to improve operational efficiency and financial results.- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, engineering, and regional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
