  • Job Description

    - Manage NDAs and MOUs during the BD stage.
    - Review agreements during the BD stage in SEA.
    - Review EPC contracts.
    - Participate in negotiations for contracts such as investment, EPC, O&M, LTSA, and service contracts in SEA.
    - Prepare letters to be issued to EPC consortia, consultants, and/or clients during EPC project execution in SEA.
    - Monitor and confirm local regulations and laws affecting project schemes, organization, cost estimation, and execution. Manage this with outsourced consultants in each country in a timely manner.
    - Consider tax and PE risks.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor or more is required
    - Good command of English
    - International EPC project legal manager in multipul country
    - Experience to manage NDA and MOU in BD phase
    - Experience of negotiation of contract and convince to client, consultant and lawer

    【Advantage】
    - Experience of manage contract with English Law and/or Singapore Law
    - Experience to manage outsourcing consultant and/or law farm
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
