  • Job Description

    - Review and revise HVAC / air-conditioning design drawings and shop drawings
    - Review the installation of ducts, piping, air-conditioning equipment, and other HVAC systems
    - Coordinate between design engineers and site staff to determine appropriate construction methods
    - Provide feedback to the design team regarding drawing and specification changes based on actual site conditions
    - Coordinate with Subcontractors on technical matters and construction methods
    - Identify and resolve technical issues arising at construction sites
    - Monitor construction quality and project progress
    - Report project progress and technical matters to the Project Manager / Site Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -At least 3 years of professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC / air-conditioning systems
    - Experience reviewing and revising HVAC design drawings and shop drawings
    - Knowledge of HVAC installation / construction processes and site management
    - Experience conducting on-site construction inspections and handling technical issues
    - Experience coordinating with Subcontractors on technical matters
    - Strong coordination skills with multiple stakeholders, including design engineers, site staff, and contractors
    - Valid driver's license and own car

    【Advantage】
    - Experience reviewing and revising drawings is a plus
    - Experience with Sanitary or Chiller systems is a plus
