Job Description
1. Machine & Facility Maintenance (Maintenance of machinery and facilities):
Plan and control preventive maintenance (PM) and TPM for all bakery production line machinery (e.g., dough mixers, tunnel ovens, high‑speed automatic packaging machines) to minimize production line breakdowns.
Manage the factory's main utilities, including high‑voltage electrical systems, boilers, air compressors, and refrigeration/cold room systems, which are critical for the food business.
2. Engineering Projects & Automation (Engineering project management and automation systems):
Collaborate with the Plant Director to design, layout, and install new machinery (layout & machine installation) to support capacity expansion.
Develop and implement automation/robotics or semi‑automated systems in production lines to improve efficiency and reduce labor in hazardous areas.
3. Compliance, Food Safety & Energy Saving (Safety standards and energy conservation):
Oversee maintenance to ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, FDA), such as selecting food‑grade lubricants and designing machine structures that do not harbor contaminants.
Develop projects to apply alternative energy or energy‑saving initiatives in the factory to reduce electricity and gas costs.
4. Team Leadership & Safety (Maintenance team management and safety):
Manage and develop the skills of engineers and maintenance technicians to respond quickly to breakdowns, providing 24‑hour coverage (shift work).
Ensure the safety of technicians and external contractors through strict compliance with safety laws.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics) and a Thai professional engineer license (กว.).
- Minimum 8 years of engineering and maintenance experience in manufacturing, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Direct experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (FMCG).
- Demonstrated knowledge of factory utilities: Boiler, Chiller, Electrical System, and WWTP (wastewater treatment).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Advantages:
- Experience operating large‑scale ammonia/Freon refrigeration systems.
- Experience with industrial bakery production lines.English Level
