  • Job Description

    1. Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency and report to senior management.
    2. Participate in management-level reviews at appropriate intervals and continuously improve the quality management system.
    3. Plan the deployment of tools, machinery, and production workforce.
    4. Coordinate with customers and the sales department.
    5. Manage production personnel and oversee production to meet targets and assigned policies.
    6. Set working guidelines for each department.
    7. Oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure they are kept in operational condition.
    8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
    - At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager
    - Computer skills for business use (able to prepare documents, use spreadsheets, and manage email)
    - Business-level English (able to speak, read, and write)
    - Completed ISO 9001:2008 quality management system training as Management Representative (QMR)
