    Key Responsibilities:
    - Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance via email, phone, or in person. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.

    - System Maintenance & Deployment: Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, operating systems (Windows/macOS), mobile devices, and standard office software.

    - Network & Infrastructure Support: Assist in monitoring and maintaining local office networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), servers, printers, and conference room systems.

    - Escalation & Vendor Coordination: Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members or external vendors when necessary, tracking the issue until full resolution.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
    - Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk, or Technical Support role
    - Able to work on Sat twice per month

    【Advantage】
    - Good command of English
    - Basic understanding of networking concepts
    - Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong willingness to learn new technologies
