  ・Experience in implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions in cloud-based environments (Public Cloud / Private Cloud) and IT continuity planning.
  ・Experience in controlling cybersecurity, including endpoint security, firewall management, access control, vulnerability management, incident response, and user awareness training.
  ・Experience in network infrastructure projects, including switch replacement and network expansion for new buildings or factories.
  ・Experience leading or supporting Digital Transformation initiatives. Experience in developing or implementing online approval workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, or other workflow automation tools is preferred.
  ・Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and collaboration platforms.
  ・Experience in migration and upgrade projects for Windows Server 2025 and Ubuntu Linux environments supporting core business services.
  ・Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V, as well as backup solutions including Veritas and Veeam.
  ・Experience implementing or managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions in enterprise environments.
  ・Experience supporting IT systems in manufacturing, factories, warehouses, or production environments is preferred.
  ・Experience in Sage ERP and MRP implementation projects.
  ・Basic knowledge of programming, scripting, database queries, or low-code / no-code tools is preferred.
