Job Description
- Handle and verify payroll calculation, time attendance, and employee benefits management
- Execute and coordinate activities related to labor relations
- Supervise and guide employees to ensure compliance with company rules and regulations
- Plan and implement internal activities aimed at fostering organizational culture, and conduct corporate public relations activities both internally and externally
- Support HRD activities and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Requirement
- age 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, General Management, Humanities, Social Science, Industrial Science or Psychology.
- At least 2 years of experience as a manager or supervisor
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll calculation and administration
- Experience in coordination, management, and collaboration with labor unions
- Experience in operating payroll systems (experience with Bio Soft system is an advantage)
- Ability to implement and manage internal regulations and work rules accurately and effectively
- Japanese language proficiency of N2 level or above
- Sufficient knowledge of labor laws
- Ability to perform duties strategically and proactively
- English communication skills
- Negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate smoothly with related parties
- Flexibility to adapt to organizational changes and strong motivation for self-development, particularly in the DX fieldEnglish Level
