    Role: Drive loyalty and retention by managing the membership program, CRM campaigns, and Call Center communication standards.

    Overview:
    This role is responsible for overseeing the new membership program. The primary objective is to cultivate and strengthen relationships with our members. We aim to improve member retention within the beauty and health categories, with a particular emphasis on customers aged 45 and above.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the membership team responsible for onboarding, establish engagement, relationship and retention.
    • Develop and refine the membership program, including benefits, tiers and service standards
    • Coordinate with MIS team to ensure the Line OA app experience is intuitive for mature customers and supports member needs
    • Plan and execute CRM and loyalty campaigns targeted at high-retention customers
    • Monitor performance data such as member growth, usage, retention, churn and revenue contribution
    • Train team members on communication standards and issue-handling protocols
    • Manage relationships with external partners who provide special privileges or discounts
    • Ensure that all activities comply with internal policies and PDPA requirements

Qualifications

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, customer service or membership management
    • Strong understanding of customer behavior in beauty, health and wellness categories
    • Ability to manage teams and work across functions
    • Comfortable with Line OA based membership models
    • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data

    • Strong communication skills in Thai, with basic English preferred
    • Experience working with a mature customer segment is an advantage
