Job Description
● Plan and develop influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategies
● Source, evaluate, and select influencers that match the product and target audience
● Responsible for coordinating, liaising, and negotiating with influencers or agencies to achieve optimal partnership conditions
● Prepare campaign briefs and ensure content quality and key message alignment
● Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
● Keep up with social media and creator trends
● Efficiently manage the influencer campaign budget
● Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop impactful content
Qualifications
Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
● 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
● Fluent in Thai and English (speaking, writing, and listening)
● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
● Proficiency in data analysis and using campaign measurement tools
● Direct experience working with KOLs/Influencers is a plusEnglish Level
