    - Sales administration: back-office operations for sales activities
    - Sales management, procurement
    - Inventory control, credit management such as billing
    - Monthly/quarterly/annual closing of accounts, coordination with sales department
    - HR operations : recruitment, payroll, visa & WP acquisition/renewal
    - GA : office and vehicle management, fixed asset management
    - Accounting :payment and deposit management, cash management
    - Reporting to the MD and HQ

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - English conversational level
    - At least 5 years of experience as an Admin Manager including accounting, HR, GA duties
    - Staff management experience (more than 3 members)

    [Advantage]
    - Work experience at a Japanese company whose HQ is listed

  • English Level

    Level 3 - Business Level
