  • Job Description

    1. Prepare documents for the Engineer department in the New Model section
    2. Monitor the operations of the mold used for the New Model both within company and Supplier
    3. Solve problems and improve the mold to be able to produce work in time according to the production plan
    4. Test the New Model to achieve the quality as specified by the customer
    5. Check the new mold, follow up on the delivery as scheduled
    6. Support other departments as requested
    7. Conduct Kaizen activities (according to the Kaizen activity plan)
    8. Must strictly comply with the 4M Change Management on changes in people, machines, methods, raw materials according to the specified standards
    9. Participate in the development of the IATF16949 system

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry Engineer, with at least 3 years in Leader.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto CAD
    - Can view drawings.
    - Have knowledge in metal stamping molds
    - Basic proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
