  - Business development with customers, mostly R&D and purchasing people
  - Interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors.
  - Initiate and implement product and process improvement activities.
  - Assist in the development of bilinguals by conducting brownbag or training.
  - Ability and interest to learn business, tools and technical terminologies.
  - Ability to use and contribute in strengthening translation tools to increase productivity.
