• Job Description

  - Sourcing, identification and development of potential local/ overseas Suppliers
  - Supplier selection, evaluation and audits
  - Assessment & evaluation of supplier performance and supplier rating.
  - Manage supplier launch readiness & new programs.
  - Initiate idea generation activities from a value/cost optimization perspective
  - Manage tooling preparation schedule/ report, project preparation schedule and supplier APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)
  - Development, quality improvement and support of Quality Management System (ISO), purchase documents such as products specifications and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
  - Analyze cost of purchasing Machines, Tooling, and raw material
  - Implementation of requirements for new product localization.
  - Responsible for contract drafting release and following management.
  - Monitor cost, material, and other purchasing activities, mass production phase during project start up.
  - Annual negotiations with suppliers for value optimization.
  - Follow global sourcing strategy
