  • Job Description

    - Create Flexible packaging structure, innovative products, product specifications, standard test methods, and quality information to deploy to all
    concerned departments, and keep quality monitoring from sample production until commercial order to ensure quality performance.
    - Raw material development to improve profitability, meet customer requirement, cost reduction and environmentally friendly.
    - Analyze market requirements with the management committee to set a yearly product strategy plan.
    - Manage research and development team for they can able help direct the future of company strategy.
    - Handle problem analysis, solving, and service for customers and the company.
    - Cooperate with the sales, purchasing, and Production teams and material suppliers for product quality.
    - Build a close communication and relationship with customers as you provide technical knowledge and fast response on any customer request or issue.
    - Cooperate with group company in ASEAN to researchers for product development projects.
    - Support plant audits from customers or system certification bodies such as ISO, FSSC, BRC, and HACCP.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Qualification:
    - Bachelor 's Degree or Master's Degree in Packaging technology, Material science /Engineering in material, chemical science
    - Knowledge in packaging / polymer / plastic materials / R&D field.
    - Have experience 10 years in Flexible packaging Product Development or R&D function for flexible packaging, film or polymer.
    - Knowledge of ISO9000, GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
    - Good command in English
