Process Improvement & Risk Management(การปรับปรุงกระบวนการและการบริหารความเสี่ยง)3.1 Risk Assessment- ประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยอาหาร (Food Safety Risk Assessment) ในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการผลิต3.2 Standard Setting- กำหนดเกณฑ์มาตรฐานการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (Inspection Standards)- จัดทำแผนการสุ่มตัวอย่าง (Sampling Plans) เพื่อให้ฝ่าย QC นำไปใช้ปฏิบัติงานหน้างาน3.3 Continuous Improvement- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติจากรายงาน QC (Trend Analysis)- เสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อลดของเสีย ป้องกันปัญหาคุณภาพ และยกระดับประสิทธิภาพในระยะยาว4. Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) (การประกันคุณภาพผู้ขายวัตถุดิบ)4.1 Supplier Audit- วางแผนและดำเนินการตรวจประเมินศักยภาพผู้ขายวัตถุดิบ (Supplier Audit)- คัดเลือกและรักษาผู้ขายที่มีคุณภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบริษัท4.2 Incoming Quality Standard- กำหนดมาตรฐานการรับเข้าวัตถุดิบ (Raw Material Specifications / Incoming Inspection Criteria)- ให้ฝ่าย QC ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการตรวจรับวัตถุดิบ
