- Organize accounts payable processes (local billing and payment) to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate operations- Follow up on pending tax invoices/receipts in a timely manner- Prepare and file withholding tax to the Revenue Dept (PND.1, PND.2, PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, PP.36)- Perform transfer suspense VAT, prepare input VAT reports, and file to the Revenue Dept- Handle petty cash reimbursements and advances, and follow clear advance procedures- Perform bank reconciliations- Prepare and submit AP aging reports to HQ- Maintain and update vendor master data as required- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities- Support accounting supervisor with fixed asset management- Coordinate with internal and external parties, such as suppliers, to resolve accounting and document-related issues- Contribute to process improvements in your own job.
