- บริหารงานเปิดสาขา (Branch Opening Coordination) วางแผนและติดตาม Timeline การเปิดสาขาประสานงานระหว่างทีมก่อสร้าง Supplier HR IT Marketing และ Operation ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของสาขาก่อนวันเปิดจริงแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานเพื่อให้โครงการเดินต่อได้- ควบคุมเอกสารและงบประมาณจัดทำและติดตามเอกสาร เช่น ใบขออนุมัติ PO สัญญา เอกสารเบิกจ่ายตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของค่าใช้จ่ายตามงบที่ได้รับอนุมัติประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน- ควบคุมอุปกรณ์เปิดสาขาจัดทำรายการอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องใช้ควบคุมการสั่งซื้อ ตรวจรับ และกระจายอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนก่อนเปิดร้าน- ประสานงานหน้างาน (On-site Support) ลงพื้นที่ตรวจความพร้อมสาขาสนับสนุนทีมหน้าร้านในช่วงเปิดควบคุมมาตรฐานการจัดร้าน- รายงานสถานะโครงการรายงานความคืบหน้าให้manageสรุปปัญหาและบทเรียนหลังเปิดสาขา- งานซ่อม (Post Opening) หาช่างพื้นที่ เพื่อทำงานซ่อม
