- Design and develop creative visual materials for both online and offline marketing campaigns, including branding, product promotions, social media content, digital advertisements, and printed media.- Create key visuals, artwork, and marketing collateral that align with the company's brand identity and campaign objectives.- Design large-format graphics and promotional materials for exhibitions, trade shows, events, and retail displays, ensuring high-quality print production.- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.- Design webpage layouts, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets to support online marketing activities and improve customer engagement.- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and related teams to understand campaign requirements, translate ideas into compelling visual content, and ensure timely project delivery.- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with external vendors or printing suppliers to ensure accurate production quality and specifications.- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials while continuously improving visual standards and user experience.- Stay up to date with the latest graphic design trends, AI-assisted creative tools, and emerging technologies to enhance creativity, productivity, and design quality.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work within project timelines.

- Create designs for print and online according to marketing team requests- Proofread printed media and submit to relevant teams for review before publishing- Develop and produce digital content including social media posts, short videos, reels, stories, product photos, and campaign assets.- Keep up to date with current marketing trends to improve the performance of the team- Work experience in advertising, digital agencies, or brand marketing is preferable- Responsible for creating visual materials that enhance brand presence in retail environments. This role supports Visual Merchandising Design (VMD) by producing graphics for in-store displays, POS materials, product launches, retail campaigns, and seasonal promotions.- The designer ensures all visual executions are consistent with brand identity and optimized for the customer shopping experience.
