Position Summary• Qualify the product in term of the requirement of customer, regulatory, safety and the international standard. Qualify the assembly line in term of the stability and the consistency. Quality Engineer is responsible for finish goods inspection and process audit at our and has the responsibility of helping our suppliers improve their products quality and quality system.Key Responsibilities• Participate in the development of new products.• Product documents preparation.• Process audit during NPD.• Participate or take the lead in products qualification testing.• Take the Lead in product release.• Handle the Per-Shipping Inspection,• Handle the Ongoing reliability tests.• Support Customer or Design Change process.• Support customer complaints.• Be active interactions with suppliers on products and quality system improvement.

1. Supervise and control QA activities for incoming, In-process, and outgoing inspection processes, including Laboratory testing.2. Ensure that all QA staff (QA Incoming, QA Officer, and QA Inspector) are well trained.3. Ensure that all QA documents are up to date and comply with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, customer requirements, and standards.4. Coordinate with other departments and discuss quality matters that need special attention.5. Provide quality testing/evaluation results of trials and their related documentation to ensure proper execution.6. Create reports, and attend and discuss quality issues during Quality Meetings, Daily Meetings, and Monthly meetings.7. Monitor and control the issuance of Corrective and Preventive Action Reports.8.
