工作内容
• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple branches.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
• Build a strong team culture and maintain good relationships with professional staff.
• Ensure consistent service quality, customer experience, and operating standards across branches.
• Monitor branch KPIs, sales performance, staffing, productivity, and operational issues.
• Identify performance gaps and implement practical improvement plans.
• Develop and improve SOPs, training programs, and operating processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of branch-level employees.
• Work closely with relevant teams to improve customer experience and business performance.
• Support the opening and operational preparation of new branches/sites.
• Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to management.
资格
任职资格
Must Have:
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing at least 2 branches/sites simultaneously.
• Proven experience in multi-branch operations, people management, and SOP implementation.
• Experience monitoring sales, costs, profitability, productivity, and customer retention.
• Experience in team development, operational improvement, or new branch openings.
• Business-level English or Japanese communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Preferred Industries:
• Hair/Beauty Salon, Beauty Clinic, Spa, Fitness, Wellness, F&B Chain, Retail Chain, or other service businesses.英文
