• 工作内容

  - Full management of the company's financial aspects.
  - Financial statements closing and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis including preparations of reporting package to the HQ.
  - Preparation of local statutory reports (including financial statements based on local GAAP as required, income tax filings, VAT reports, etc.)
  - Monitoring financial aspects to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  - Analysis of sales, costs, pricing, contributions, and profitability.
  - Preparing and controlling the subsidiary budget on a monthly and annual basis.
  - Management of the Company's cash flow.
  - Monitor collection from customers and payments to suppliers, including collaborating with credit insurer
  - Posting journal entries and bookkeeping.
  - Monitoring the payroll processes, including managing, and managing the communication with the external payroll service provider, and payroll reporting requirements to the HQ.
  - Managing any direct and indirect taxes issues, including tax filings, tax inspections, etc.
  - Communication with the local external auditors.
  - Responsibility for managing and documenting the company's secretarial documents (BOD decisions, BOD meeting protocols, Company's article of association, etc.)
  - Monitoring and verifying compliance of the company with the Group's policy and procedures, as well as compliance with the local regulatory requirements.
  - Aligning to the finance department in the HQ of Company Group, including implementation of the Group's procedures based on upfront approvals from the HQ.
  - Managing HR related administration; employment contract, provident fund.
  - Other duties as assigned or as may be required according to the nature of the Employee’s position.
