工作内容
- Prepare and inspect the Dry Lamination machine before starting production.
- Install the film rolls (Unwind/Rewind) and related equipment.
- Prepare and mix Polyurethane (PU) adhesive and solvents according to the specified formulation.
- Check the adhesive viscosity and control the adhesive coating weight to meet production standards.
- Set up the machine, including production speed, film tension, oven temperature, and roller pressure.
- Monitor and control the quality of the lamination process to ensure it meets specified standards.
- Inspect and troubleshoot production issues such as air bubbles, wrinkles, delamination, film misalignment, and uneven adhesive coating.
- Record production data and prepare operation reports.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Comply with quality, safety, and hygiene requirements, including food packaging safety standards.
资格
任职资格
- 3+ years experience in Dry Lamination within the Flexible Packaging industry.
- Hands-on experience with packaging films including PET, OPP/BOPP, CPP, PE, and Nylon, demonstrated through previous lamination work or sample assessments.
- Documented hands-on use of Polyurethane adhesives and their application in the Dry Lamination process, evidenced by hands-on use or process documentation.
- Documented experience setting up, operating, and controlling Dry Laminating machines according to standard operating procedures, verifiable by on-site demonstration or prior job records.
- Experience in laminated product quality inspection and basic production troubleshooting (air bubbles, wrinkles, delamination), verifiable by examples or incident reports.英文
