  [Key Responsibilities]
  - Provide technical support to customers regarding products and manufacturing processes.
  - Serve as the primary technical contact between customers and internal teams.
  - Support product qualification activities, including process evaluation and validation.
  - Investigate and troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.
  - Understand customer requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to deliver effective solutions.
  - Assist customers with process optimization and product implementation.
  - Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations when required.
  - Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Production, and R&D teams to ensure customer success.
  - Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
  - Support business growth by delivering high-quality technical services and maintaining strong customer relationships.
