工作内容
1. Supervise daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
2. Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and schedule requirements.
3. Manage and allocate workforce effectively to support production targets.
4. Prepare and maintain operational documents such as Work Instructions (WI), procedures, and check sheets.
5. Support problem-solving activities by identifying causes of defects and assisting in implementing corrective actions.
6. Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production operations.
7. Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities to enhance productivity and quality.
资格
任职资格
1. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing (Tier 1 preferred).
3. 1–2 years of supervisory experience in production.
4. Experience preparing or following Work Instructions (WI), procedures, and process documentation; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for basic reporting.
5. Conversational English.
Advantages:
1. Experience working in a Japanese company.
2. Familiarity with automotive fuel systems and electrical systems.
3. Knowledge of SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) concepts.英文
