  Sourcing
  
  - Identify and source new and alternative suppliers.
  - Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions.
  - Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List.
  
  Purchasing Process
  
  - Coordinate with Material Planning (MP) for order quantities.
  - Coordinate with Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) for material quality.
  - Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms.
  - Enter and verify estimated costs in the ERP system.
  - Follow up on supplier-provided quality documents when required.
  
  Delivery
  
  - Lead the team to plan and monitor deliveries with suppliers.
  - Ensure on-time delivery according to production requirements.
  
  Supplier Improvement and Evaluation
  
  - Prepare and conduct supplier evaluations.
  - Support supplier development in coordination with related departments such as QA and Development.
  - Participate in supplier audit programs.
  
  Management and Development
  
  - Plan and monitor subordinates’ work for efficiency and effectiveness.
  - Supervise, provide consultation, and support team development.
  - Evaluate performance and enhance subordinates’ capabilities.
  - Initiate and implement cost reduction activities.
