  1. Job Summary
  As a Project Manager and Integration Engineer, you will oversee the System Integration (SI) of our Smart Building IoT Platform and its associated systems. Your role spans from defining customer requirements to integrating devices, networks, and cloud infrastructure, while managing vendors to ensure project success from both technical and managerial perspectives.
  
  2. Key Responsibilities
  - Requirement Definition & Design: Design the overall system architecture based on customer needs using our IoT platform.
  PM & Direction: Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  - SI Partner Management: Handle outsourcing to external developers and facility contractors, including technical coordination and progress tracking.
  - Client Management: Lead reporting and negotiations with clients regarding system construction and technical specifications.
  - Testing & Implementation: Lead and execute on-site system integration testing (SIT) and oversee the go-live phase at buildings/facilities.
