工作内容
- Manage and control the financial and accounting processes to ensure compliance with the company's policy
- Prepare various financial reports, such as the balance sheet and income statement, including related schedules; close the accounts accurately and on time for presentation to management
- Plan tax matters and provide useful tax advice for presentation to management
- Prepare cash flow reports to present opportunities and potential outcomes
- Coordinate with relevant external agencies to ensure smooth and convenient operations
- Plan, control, and verify accurate accounting and tax preparation, and ensure timely delivery
- Supervise and manage the team to operate according to goals or a predetermined plan, ensuring targets and schedules are met.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- CPD license required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing financial statements, related reports, and monthly financial analysis.
- Experience in Cash and Bank control, including verification of document authenticity, bank system management, and cash flow control.
- Comprehensive knowledge of company accounting and taxation, including team supervision, verification of accounting documents, tax form review and submission (PND.50,PND.51,PND.1,PND.3,PND.53,PND.54,PP.36,PP.30), and review of account balances and financial reports.
- Experience in costing and inventory control.
- Experience and knowledge of BOI, including understanding BOI privileges and conditions, BOI reporting and compliance, and coordination with auditors and relevant authorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Good command of English.英文
