  - Find new customers, visit customers and Suppliers. Join the trip with the Japanese manager or Supervisor (Sometimes).
  - Customer relation building, trouble shooting for specific cases to ensure customer satisfaction, Mainly Japanese customers.
  - Coordinate with departments in the company to help solve problems for customers.
  - Prepare QT and process documentation to support staff.
  - Report on daily activities
  - Attend sales meeting whenever required.
  - Other assignment as per company assign.
