    [Job purpose]
    - Has responsibility for managing, planning, controlling, and managing import and export team
    - Human development and give advise to team to able to work most efficiency
    - Maintain relationships, give an advice, and find opportunities to increase sales with customers.
    - To get most low cost with best service to support import export operaton
    - Willing to work as sales support as well
    - Handle Sea, Flight, Domestics

    [Responsibilities]
    1.Manage CS Team to work as per the plan
    2.Analyse and develop operation to have most efficiency
    3.Taking care of customer, giving advise and expand sales
    4.Control cost and sell
    5.Planning and following up to invoice to the customer
    6.Finding best supplier with low cost but best quality
    7.Manage staff to do 5S and Kaizen activity

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - Minimum 5 years experience in import export in forwarding company
    - Good command of English (can communicate well in English)
    - Able to work on Saturday 1-2 times per month (Working hours from 8:30 to 12:30)
    - No hob hopper

    【Advantage】
    - Experience as managerial position
    - Have leadership
    - Able to present report in power point, words, excel, etc.
    - If can speak Japanese, special consideration
