タイを拠点にコンサルティングおよびITソリューションサービスを提供する企業です。主に日系企業・グローバル企業向けに、経営戦略、業務改革、DX推進、IT導入支援などを行っています。日本品質の高いコンサルティング力と、現地に根ざした実行支援力を強みとしています。
【業務内容】
主に、製造業とサービス・インフラ業の日系企業を中心に、東南アジア国を対象とした調査、戦略策定、その後の実行支援をコンサルテーションしています。
具体的には、
①クライアントに対する営業活動の実施（引き合い獲得、企画書作成、クロージング）
ゼロからクライアントを開拓することは無く、営業活動においてはアサインされた案件に対して企画書を作成し提案、クロージングまで行う
②プロジェクト受注後のプロジェクト主導
メンバーと協力しながら生産活を主導
調査作業、資料作成、ミーティングマネジメント
プロジェクトの期間は平均3カ月程度
プロジェクトマネジャーとして自ら現場で実行

-学歴:4年制大学卒
-職務経験2年以上必須(BOIビザ付与のため)
-職歴:下記のいずれかの該当者
・コンサルティングファーム(IT系コンサルファームではなくビジネス系コンサル出身者）もしくは調査会社勤務経験者
・経営企画、事業企画やそれに準ずる実務経験を有する方
・コンサル、調査会社をアウトソーサーとして活用したことがある
・製造業向けにオペレーション改善ソフトを営業されたご経験のある方
-語学:英語TOEIC700以上もしくは同等の資格、実力があること（タイ語不問)英文
