工作内容

- Observe and identify existing technical service problems and provide improved solutions- Establish the resources required for technical service and present findings to Operations Director- Create short-term and long-term strategic operational plans to improve service quality and minimize problems promptly and accurately- Collect and analyze customers’ issues and reasons of complains then develop plans to mitigate them- Oversee and supervise the performance of all technical service staffs- Manage the stock of maintenance parts and equipment and make sure the availability is sufficient and reasonable- Oversee that maintenance spare parts and equipment required are sufficient and make sure that the purchase order is executed in aligning with the purchasing schedule of Procurement Department
