- Lead and manage new project development from project kick-off through mass production (SOP).- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, resources, and costs to ensure projects are completed on time.- Lead APQP activities and ensure all project deliverables are completed according to customer requirements.- Prepare, review, and follow up on PPAP documentation and mass production readiness.- Coordinate with OEM customers regarding project requirements, technical issues, project schedules, and quality matters.- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.- Lead the introduction of new products, processes, technologies, and engineering changes into production.- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and VAVE activities.- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure successful project launch.- Support customer audits, project meetings, customer visits, and other project-related activities.- Maintain project-related data, including BOM, process routing, and SAP master data, and coordinate with relevant departments for updates.- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate project progress, risks, and action plans to management.
