Responsibilities- Strictly and impartially execute laboratory analysis and quality inspections of liquid carbon dioxide (Liquid CO₂) in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control regulations. - Learn and implement quality testing methods compliant with the "Thailand Food Additives Standards," the "Japan -Specifications and Standards for Food Additives (JSFA)," and beverage standards such as "ISBT Guidelines." - Master the operation, routine maintenance, and calibration management of analytical instruments, including Gas Chromatography (GC). - Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA), manage quality control logs (QC logs), and maintain laboratory documentation required for acquiring and maintaining ISO and FSSC 22000 certifications. - Promptly report to the production team when abnormal values or Out of Specification (OOS) results are detected, leading investigations to proactively prevent the shipment of defective products.
