- Prepare Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on the production schedule to ensure sufficient and timely raw material supply.- Monitor raw material deliveries and coordinate with the Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production departments to prevent material shortages and excess inventory.- Control inventory levels and manage inventory turnover to reduce obsolete stock and waste.- Manage raw material issuance, additional material requests, and material returns according to production orders while ensuring consistency with the ERP system.- Resolve production-related issues such as material shortages, damaged materials, and material losses, and drive continuous improvement.- Conduct periodic inventory counts and analyze discrepancies to improve inventory accuracy.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date raw material data in the ERP system.- Provide interpretation and translation support within the department.- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
